The hotel rooms are incredibly comfortable with cozy beds and nice amenities like bathtubs, located in a peaceful area with friendly and helpful staff, just a 30 km distance from the airport.

Thoroughly enjoyed the double room I was given, it had an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and climate control. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were excellent. Its location close to train station was marvellous.

Enjoyed our reasonably large rooms.
Location: the hotel was adjacent to shops, and many good restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Hoan Kiem district👍

Great location in a quiet area. the room was nice, big, and clean, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was okay, with plenty of fruit and toast, and they also served cooked eggs. I appreciated that the staff was friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. the location was excellent, on a quiet street in the old town. Our room was spacious with beautiful decor and was cleaned daily. the staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy. We enjoyed the chef-cooked breakfast and loved the coffee and toast.

During our romantic escape, we had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was very generous by offering us a room upgrade with beautiful decor and spaciousness. We enjoyed the daily room service that maintained the cleanliness of the room impeccably. The breakfast was fine that included delicious fruit, coffee, and toast, with Chef cooked eggs also available. The location of the hotel was very convenient with a great surrounding environment and easy access to key locations. The staff was lovely and provided us with an easy check-in.
To be honest, there is nothing that we disliked about our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, and we left with nothing but a great experience.
